CBS declares ratings victory for November

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – CBS on Monday declared an early November sweep victory among total viewers, though the race for the key adult demographic group remains too close to call.

For the eighth consecutive November, CBS is projected to be the most-watched network during the sweep, when data is gathered to set local advertising rates.

CBS has averaged 11.8 million viewers this month, followed by ABC (10.5 million), NBC (7.8 million), Fox (7 million) and the CW (2.2 million).

Despite overall broadcast industry doldrums, CBS clocked 14 shows hitting season- or series-high ratings in viewers or in the adult 18-49 demographic.
