Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, are coming to Canada for 10 days in November, the Prime Minister's Office confirmed Saturday.
The visit, their first as a married couple, will include stops in Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia. They are scheduled to visit 12 cities and communities from Nov. 2 to Nov. 12.
Charles has visited Canada 15 times, most recently in the spring of 2001, when he made stops in Saskatchewan, the Yukon, Toronto and Ottawa.
The November trip will be Camilla's first official visit.
The Queen and Prince Philip are scheduled to visit Canada in 2010. She and Prince Philip last came to Canada in 2005.
